Network & Internet
« on: August 03, 2012, 06:33:27 PM »
Hooked up my 1000 this afternoon and put my HDD from the 500 in. Setup went fine but I have a few network issues;
Setup is as follows:
MED1000 (2TB HDD ex 500 {not reformatted in 1000}) via HDMI ->NAD T765 ->LG 42" FHD
Video: HDMI Auto
Audio: HDMI Passthrough
Network on LAN -> Netgear DGN2200 ADSL2+ Modem Router (4069Mp Line Uncapped/Unshaped)
Fixed IP
PopcornHour A210 (2TB HDD) via HDMI -> NAD T765 -> LG 42" FHD
Video: HDMI Auto
Audio: HDMI Passthrough
Network on LAN -> Netgear DGN2200 ADSL2+ Modem Router
Fixed IP
MED500 (No HDD) on LAN via HDMI -> Samsung 32" FHD (Zone 2)
Video: HDMI Auto
Audio: HDMI 2Ch Downmix
MED500 on LAN -> Netgear DGN2200 ADSL2+ Modem Router
Fixed IP

The 500 Network settings has a FTP setup whereby I could access and copy via FileZilla. I can access the 1000 via network but not via FileZilla as I cannot find where to allocate user name and password settings in the setup menu.

I can also not access the internet via the 1000.

Thanks,

Francois

The X3 does not have FTP functionality so you must use Samba Network to write to the X3 on your network.
